Silks4U was first established as a place to sell excess silks and seconds from  Dinky-Dyes, the business I established in 2001 and sold to the lovely Kathy Filosi in 2014.    After moving back to Australia, I reopened Silks4U with my daughter Jaime's help, to provide you all with the best quality silks and stranded silk thread and great customer service at a very affordable price.

We also sell Needle Minders and natural Mother of Pearl and Shell items.

International Shipping

Over the past few months shipping to our International Customers has slowed down considerably.  It is now taking, on average,  3+ weeks for orders to arrive.  I know how frustrating this must be for our Customers, as it is incredibly frustrating for us, knowing you are waiting on orders.  Please know we are looking for options and speaking with Australia Post to try to rectify the situation.

Can a store be more than just a place to buy supplies? Absolutely! Jaime and I are always on hand to answer questions about what products are best for your project and which of our quality silks will suit your needs
